Annual AccountsAvoid the penalties
You get a whole 9 months to file annual accounts at Companies House. It may seem like a long time but it soon comes around and many companies can find themselves working too close to the deadline to comply with the requirements. The penalties for late filing are considerable. One day late at Companies House and the penalty is £150. Over a month late at you are going to pay a penalty of £375. While penalising you, they are also entitled to strike your company off. That's the negative part. On the positive side, we at dd accounting services can ensure that your accounts are not only filed in compliance with the legal requirements but also to the best timetable suitable to your business. If we are also providing you with a periodic management accounts service (see opposite), we can guarantee that your annual accounts will be ready for filing no later than 120 days after your year end date. Your accounts also need to be provided to HMRC and your Corporation Tax paid by the same date. Check out here how we can assist you with this too. |
